The book is written by an internationally acclaimed modern Russian novelist Lyudmila Ulitskaya and illustrated by Polina Kalashnikova.
The book is on the top list of children's literature Non Fiction fair 2022.
The illustrations are the finalists of Bologna Children Book Fai 2023.

After many years her grandchildren read them too.
They learned about the old tram, which dreams of the sea;
the Vegetarian Spider, who prefers strawberries to flies;
the Tadpole, who becomes a Frog, but does not forget old friends.
